The goal of your practice is to wake your body up so you don’t wake up one day in ten years and say, ‘where did the last ten years go? Where was I?’ The goal of your practice is to wake you up enough to your life that if you slip, if you fall asleep you can say, ‘wake up, wake up, WAKE UP!’
